Disclaimer

All donations made through the Giving Tree are managed by The Wellness Farm Foundation, a Utah-based 501(c)3 nonprofit organization, and are tax-deductible: Tax ID 93-449061. Funds raised will be used to fulfill the wishes detailed on ornaments or allocated toward providing support for unfulfilled ornaments. Any remaining funds will be used to support The Wellness Farm (TWF) and their respective nonprofit initiatives and beneficiaries. Tax receipts are available upon request through TWF. Thank you for your generosity and commitment to making a positive impact this holiday season!
